H&F CAN (Community Aid Network)
H&F CAN is the volunteer community aid network launched by Hammersmith & Fulham Council to support residents in need during the coronavirus pandemic. They've got plenty of ideas on how you can get involved in supporting people locally, even if you're short on time.

River Clean ups with Thames21
Through its Thames River Watch programme, charity Thames21 gives us a way to come together as a community to protect and monitor the health of our river. It does this by organising litter pickups, and by training Londoners to capture vital information on Thames water quality and the types of litter that is collecting on the foreshore. Cleanups are currently on hold but do contact Michael on QueenCarolineHammersmith@gmail.com to be notified of future events. And watch our video to find out more.
