The Barons Court Project is the only day centre for people who are homeless or living with severe mental health conditions in H&F. Services include laundry and phone charging as well as wellbeing and learning activities such as cooking classes, IT, and support with CVs. They are running online activities throughout the pandemic.

St Mungo's works to support homeless people across the UK, with two housing projects in Hammersmith and Fulham. They provide recovery and housing support for people who need high levels of support, including those with mental and physical health and substance use.
